Purchasable Monarch Points

描述
Ever felt like rich nations should be able to develop faster? Or that you sure
would like to use all those extra ducats to get some more monarch power?
Then this is the mod for you! It adds three decisions to buy monarch power,
one for each type of power. They are always available for every non-ai
nation. They provide a means to acquire administrative, diplomatic and
military power with ducats, at a rate of 200 ducats for 100 power.

Note this mod is only provided in English and German because I'm too lazy
to translate it. If that bothers you, please drop a comment. I'll do it if enough
people say so.

If focus on colonial management until the religious war, will become a powerful nation that seems like cheating.
500~ducats might be just right.
But it's fun.

How to win every game with this mod:
1.- Get allies powerful enough to defend you
2.- Take out max loans and debase currency
3.- invest everything into monarch points
4.- Develop your country until you run out of money
5.- Declare bankrupcy
6.- Repeat until your development is so stacked that nobody can take even one province from you without insane aggressive expansion or until you get bored.
7.- Wait for the bankrupcy modifiers to expire and you're good to go

After extensive use of the mod I can confirm the AI seems to not be able to use it.
