Parish Bridge Unique Population

描述
If you have ever used a population.txt mod that changes the "default" poplatuion, you may have been disappointed to learn that this also changes the population on c5m5_bridge. This simple mod repurposes the unused "defaulturban" population so that you can change the "default" population without affecting The Parish's finale. Likewise, you can also change the "defaulturban" population to anything you want; customizing this finale in a way unavailable on the workshop until now.

This mod does NOT change the population.txt file, so it will be compatible with any mods you have. If you don't know how to modify the population.txt file, this mod will be of little use to you.

This mod works in singleplayer and when you host a local server.

I'm pretty sure nav_use_place is used to set a population (ex. nav_use_place defaultmilltown), my issue is when I try to use my custom population it doesn't show up and I placed my custom population in the addons folder as a vpk. But if you can send me the discord link i'd appreciate it.

@Brick You're definitely missing something as "nav_use_place" is not used that way. I recommend asking for help in the L4DNation discord, as they can help you more than I can.

For some reason the option to use the custom population isn't showing up. I turned my custom population file into a vpk and placed it in the addons folder. When I type in nav_use_place it doesn't let me use my population, I can see all the other ones but not mine. Am I missing something?

@Brick It's better not to replace the real file, and to put your custom file into a "Custom" folder, or make a vpk of it, and put that vpk into your "addons" folder. There are guides online that can teach you how to do these.
