HL1 Style Chapter Icons for Black Mesa

I had an idea for making new chapter icons for Half-Life: Source. I posted it on Gamebanana,[gamebanana.com] but then I thought to do the same treatment for Black Mesa.

My new chapter icons for Black Mesa for old and new UI are based off of Half-Life Source's chapter icons. It's not an exact re-imagining of these chapter icons since there are some stuff that isn't similar, but it still gets the job done. I know that some areas in the icons may not fit in, but I'm trying to stay true to the story that I move the character (excluding the scripted sequences that I can't control the player in End Game) and the Chapter 18 icon may be less visible to see the creature, but I couldn't see the Nihilanth in the old icon. Anyways, I hope you will be satisfied with my HL1 style chapter icons that I replicated.

There are optional versions that I included for those who have essential mods, classic mods, or the Improved Xen mod:
- Vanilla
- Modded (Staff Revamp, Improved Choreography, Alternate Credits Icon, etc.)
- Improved Xen
- Classic (HL1-Style Models and Certain Maps)
- Classic Improved Xen (HL1-Style Models)
- Old Version

You will have to put the .vpk files into the custom folder though. Find the contents in the SteamLibrary directory:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\362890\2399233931

I will consider making separate Workshop versions for it in the future as I have very little time to do it right now.

when using lowest texture settings, the chapter icons get blurry :(

Somebody should make a mod like that for Halo MCC on PC, where they used the original level icons from the original versions of CE,2,3,ODST,& Reach. And have the CE & 2 original level icons in anniversary graphics

why is there a revolver in residue processing in hl:s? seems like someone was caught lacking.

I actually thought of that, but I also didn't want new players to get spoiled when seeing the black hole. So I I thought that the Tram would be better.

I did actually use that link months ago and that's what I use for my playthroughs, but it will still show blood on my face when hit. At least my new takes look better, especially Power Up where the Gargantua where I don't get blood on my face when he fires his flames; he only does that when there's no other marine left to burn.
