More Ecumenopolis Districts

描述
UPDATED AND BALANCED TO 3.0.3

Adds food, mineral, energy, bureaucratic, research, fortress, trade and refinery districts to ecumenopoli.

Each provides +10 housing.
Food: +6 Farmers
Energy: +6 Technicians
Mineral: +6 Miners
Bureaucratic: +6 Bureaucrats
Research: +6 Researchers
Fortress: +6 Soldiers
Trade: +6 Merchants
Refinery: +2 of each synthetic strategic resource refinery job.

Also separated unity and amenities into 2 districts. Both provide different jobs based on civics and ethics.

I'll try and do it myself, but is it possible to give these districts to the Planetary Diversity - More Arcologies mod? Fortress arcology with the fortress district would be dope.

This mod seems to have compatibility issues with the new Aquatics species pack. The Arcology Project decision changes the planet to a default ecumenopolis rather than an aquatic one.
