描述
About PTA-53:

The PTA-53 is a soviet torpedo launcher, wich could launch many types of torpedos. This version of the launcher is loaded with five TEST-71 torpedos. These torpedos are remote controlled and have an ingame range of 2.5km - 3km with normal game options, with infinite electric the torpedo has a maximum range of 4km.

The topspeed of the ingame torpedos is 50kmph - 180kmph depending on the depth and the weather conditions.

actually, replacing that statement, sometimes, when the torpedo hits the water, it flips and it stops. Ik, probably a stormworks physics bug.

okay, first of all, torpedo launcher doesn't rotate (probably doesn't need to) but, the sometimes when I launch them, they just pull it into the ocean.
