Open maps by bringing up the console.
Then type:
open AOCTD-ForgottenTomb

To add bots type (while in a game)
addbots [Number of bots]
example: addbots 24

for the name of map you have choice : forgotten tomb, and in description : "Mayhem" it's a black metal bands ^^

i think just the 2nd story and the third story should increase the tickets, and not the ground level, for the koth version.
im also not 100% sure the koth is working right as everygame ive played it to the finish its a draw, ohno can also back this up as hes been there for most of them
