Replenishment Redone

描述
Greatly reduces replenishment across all races

Special, Resource, Growth, and Recruitment buildings now increase replenishment.

Differs per race. An unhappy or indifferent populace is less cooperative and willing to join your wars - thus Public Order also affects replenishment.

For instance, the Vampire Counts get a lot of benefits from Special buildings granting Factionwide replenishment buffs and Recruitment buildings affect the whole provinces' replenishment rate.

The Empire on the other hand benefits from Resource buildings more and some Special buildings, however, replenishment buffs from Recruitment buildings only affect the region the Recruitment building is built in.

Lizardmen are fairly balanced in terms of replenishment buffs with virtually every building modified affecting the entire provinces' replenishment.

Norsca and the Greenskins gain mild buffs to replenishment from every Recruitment building and the affects are Factionwide.

Chaos gains replenishment buffs from almost all their buildings and the Beastmen gain buffs for every building - cuz poor Beastmen.

Goal: To take army losses with more consideration and give some choice to how and where to build Recruitment buildings. All factions core 3 Recruitment buildings also increase all friendly Characters replenishment - this way Agents aren't taking ages to heal up.

I did it! (there's a table that set a multiplier to the recruitement cost).
I'm currently test it with your mod activated on Vortex Malus Campaing.

Feel free to us it yourself if you want: "Increased recruitment cost" it's the name of the mod

If you just wanna increase units cost and upkeep its just 1 table in the database, 'main_units' then look for 'recruitment cost' and 'upkeep cost'. No need to script but I'm sure there are plenty of ways to script if that's what you're more comfortable with.

There's a mod called "Supply Lines Redone" that rebalance upkeep but in my opinion it's more a thing about recruitment cost.
I would like do the mod myself but I can't find how to quick double up costs of units. Is doable via scripting? Or I need to mass edit the whole unit table?

Nice and yeah I agree, I'm trying to come up with some upkeep rules but they probably won't be included in this mod. Balance is hard

Do you plan to add some increase recruit cost to the mod? (maybe +50%)
Imho in all total war the recruitement cost is too low if you compare with the upkeep (something like 4:1).
There's a lot of situation when is better to dispand and rebuild and, by doing so, you risk to invalidate the limits that this mod add.
What do you think?
