Regen for Lizardmen items

This mod adds passive "regeneration" for lizardmen (Children of the Gods) legendary lord items (Player and AI).
Neither "regeneration" nor weakness to fire abilitys does stack with itself (passive heal does stack with other heals).

• Compatible with existing saves (you can install/delete at any time)
