Now you don't need to worry about locked skills.

Tested with Vanilla and Radious.
For SFO use SFO: Unlock all skills.
If any skills from different mod still locked just tell me, and i will (atleast try to) unlock.

Compatibility:

Compatible with existing saves (you can install/delete at any time)
Works with everything that does not add its own locks. (Tell me if you found locked skills.)

Tested this mod today on Vortex campaign and it still works!
