Frackin' Universe - Sewing Machine Restoration

Removes the third tier of the Crafting Wheel / Sewing Machine, added by Frackin' Universe.

This mod was created because any mods that add to the Sewing Machine UI through Many Tabs, such as my own, don't work with the UI used for the third tier of the Sewing Machine. I added the Clothing Fabricator tag to the second tier, allowing anything Frackin' Universe added to be crafted there instead. Since Frackin' uses a skill tree for progression, this won't cause any balancing issues.
