This is a 1.2/1.3/1.4 update of an old favourite mod of mine that sadly never got updated past Alpha 15.

==Original Description==

Hedgehogification of RimWorld.

Adds two new species to the game.

-Hedgehogs: Regular hedgehogs found in various climates around the world.
-Bruiserhogs: Large, grumpy and powerful hogs, the result of genetic modification. Potentially dangerous if provoked.

Since this mod has been reported working in 1.5 I added it to the No Version Warning-mod

This Mod still works in V1.5 , unless the way Recreation works has changed.

I changed every hedgehog entry in all files and folders to hedgepig (which is actually another name for hedgehog) respecting the first letter that seems to be case sensitive. And..... it worked!
Thank you so much for your guidance!
I would also like to add that the conflict was probably with Erin's Critter Collection mod.

@D_F_N from my understanding that should work as long as you modify the defName node in the Races_Animal_Hedgehog.xml file, not the label node

@Pleccy Sorry to bother you again, but i want to test your theory. So if i make a local copy of your mod, edit all your files and replace all hedgehog entries with i.e. hedgehog2, should that work?

Yes i am running VAE - Temperate Forest AND ACP Vanilla-Style. But if this is the case of them adding hedgehogs, why dont they conflict with each other? Anyway i bugged the developer of GiddyUpCore for a way of how to fix this, we ll see. Mind you that the same conflict with GiddyUpCore is caused by two other mods (Infectious Creatures and Elemental Boomers for the animals Cobra and Boomrat respectively).

@D_F_N I'm afraid after several attempts I have been unable to replicate the issue you are having, however looking at the log you've provided I can take somewhat of a guess as to what's causing it. Are you running Vanilla Animals Expanded — Temperate Forest , Animal Collab Project or Animals Forage ? From my understanding, these all add hedgehogs themselves and could be using the same internal reference names. If this is the issue I'd recommend picking which of these mods you would rather use as any fix on my end could cause issues with saves that previously used this mod.

If you aren't running any of these mods please let me know and I will take another look at finding a potential issue.
