To enable plane electrics, go to the nose of the plane and flip the circuit breaker.
Turning off the gyro allows for more aerial maneuverability but beware when the planes goes into a steep ascent.
Rest of the controls are self-explanatory.

Note:
The planes RPS increases to 17 when the gyro is off and you are in horizontal flight, when pitched up, do a loopy loop to stabilize.
There is also no need to detach the missiles or pylons when folding and storing it.
The ejection seats would harm the pilot because of the solid rockets and for now I have no way around the issue other than either having damage off or keeping yourself at full health.
