Vehicle Tracking Camera w/ Laser

Beta Version of tracking system! Fairly compact and robust, it can track slow-moving craft pretty reliably. Better on a stationary platform. Feel free to change pivot speeds. You can cut/paste the whole system, but don't cut the tower into pieces, it relies on specific measurements. Two large micros can be put wherever is needed. The system will only track objects larger than 200 mass-units. I think it translates to around 300kg. So it won't track players or junk laying around the hangers, but will key on large craft, such as boats, ships, planes, etc.

Still a WIP, but I think it's good enough to publish so far. Feedback welcome.
