AI takes Lover as Concubine

描述
This is a very small AI mod that I created after my heir got labelled as a fornicator because he wouldn't make his lover into a concubine. Normally the AI will only take a concubine/consort if they are fertile and need to avoid the prestige penalty. This mod changes it so that the AI will ignore those two rules when it comes to their lovers/soulmates

I suggest that you make this independent of anything else. You can create a new Interaction and use the same mechanics for the same.

I wish this would also work for my unmarried greek dukes impregnating low born women like they're getting money for it. Making babies-yes. Marry that woman who has given birth to two of your children - eww no!
