Militia & Paramilitary unit Recruitment


So, what is it?
The mod have two parts, militia recruitment and paramilitary recruitment.

Key features for both militia:
- New unit: Militia, unreliable unit, but it can hold the line in the time of desperate need of units.

- Similar to Kaiserreich's militia system at 2nd American Civil War, you can call in untrained, but equipped militias if needed, AI will do the same if they are losing a war or have less then 12 divisions.

- According to the population of the state you cored, determine the units you got from that state.

- Unique militia divisions for 17 countries: All major powers, all faction of Spanish Civil War, Baltic states, Finland, Fascist Ukraine.

Key features for paramilitary recruits:
- Recruit paramilitary units using political power, you can recruit: Infantry, Motorized, Mechanized, Armored, Elite Armored divisions.

- Be aware of your generals' attitude towards these units, they will not accept this parallel command structure in a long term...

- The recruitment system is almost completely base on Himmler's SS recruitment system. And speaking of it, the original system can now recruit new SS divisions again after a period of time, and a new decision for the Wehrmacht to calm their anger level.

- Unique divisions for all major powers, Spain, Fascist and Communist Romania.
