Vehicle Spawn Limit

描述
This sets a max limit to the amount of vehicles each player can do.
works on DS. and has persistent data.
custom commands
type a "? peer_id" to see how many vehicles that player has out.
example "? 1" (without quotes) will give peer 1's info.

"?max 3" set the max vehicles per player to three. or whatever number you replace 3 with.

This was a request from @SIMPLE MARK#3941 on the official discord.

I planning on making a server, and I am not a programmer, can you make separate mod that will display a vehicle ID list top left corner for everyone, and they can only see only vehicles (and Vehicle Ids) they spawned? Simply a Vehicle & Vehicle ID list. (make it public too so everyone can benefit, sorry if I'm seem rude)

type `? peer_id` as it says; for your own replace `peer_id` with your ID.
