Tech Tree Forbidden Workshop Upgrades - Zane version

描述
Adds Clan Sykre Workshop upgrades to all faction via the tech tree.
They are available as soon as you build the required military buildings for those units and require a substantial gold cost.
For now, that is the only difference to the original mod but if I conclude that this is too powerful, I will probably add owning Skavenblight as an additional condition. Also I probably will add permanent food upkeep to each tech for balancing purposes as well.

Can you move tech tree one row up please? Cause it clash with Clan Vrrtkin mod.

Yeah, what Karsh said 10k upkeep every round to research it for a base of 10 rounds, or it doesnt keep researching and lowering said timer at all.

i like the idea but i have to pay every turn 10 k gold :P while researching , that means ( research takes 9 turns) . 90 k gold for 1 research and some others need like 20 k a turn XD.

think that's a little to steep of a payement, wouldn't mind paying every turn like 4 or 5 k , but 10 or 20 k is a lot for every turn,
