描述
Since the original author PotatoesOfDoom has currently issues with his rig and won't likely update this mod in time, I posted my personal update of his fantastic mod. I did not change any of the original techs, I merely added them to Clan Moulder as well. They show up just well, if they work I have not tested 100% by myself (no time for playing that far) but they should, if not tell me in the comments.

Another version where the techs are available much sooner but cost significant gold instead:

I tried uploading this to WH3 but sadly it didn't work and I'm not good enough with modding to figure out how to get it working :(

I tried to merge your two mods togather, I want them to cost both food and gold. but it didnt work for me.

Food cost didn't work, so gold cost instead. Might add additional constraints aside the recruitment buildings in the future but should work. ^^
