I was only considering using it in Creative mode, so it doesn't have a refueling port.
If you want to get out of the cab, crouch down and jump.

Also how would you get out of the thing other than teleporting?

This looks like those U-1 Garratt (I think) Steam trains, not bullying you, just saying i see the similarities
