Variable Brake Controller
This control allows for the smooth use of variable Brakes in your vehicles.
It connects to a 1 to -1 output (most likely the W/S input on a seat) and when the [S] key is being pressed will activate the brakes and smoothly slow down the car. The sensitivity of the brakes is determined by two factors:

• The speed at which the vehicle is travelling
  
• The sensitivity percentage selected in the property menu

As the vehicle slows down, the brakes will slowly engage more firmly until the vehicle comes to a standstill. This allows for more smooth braking. Recommended sensitivity is around 30-60 % but should be increased for large vehicles, and decreased for smaller vehicles.
