Nikko, A Holt Town Remaster

Nikko is a remastered version of Holt, the center town of the Sawyer isles. This environment mod is mainly here so that users can grab photos with creations and only took about a day to complete.

If anybody remembers, most of my Japantown buildings were based in Nikko, Japan. I really loved that town and decided to name this mod after it. The houses in this mod were made using the green Japantown house, and the church was modified slightly to fit this mod.

I am really happy to release this mod, hope yall enjoy!



-Complete remaster of Holt Town.
-Custom paint-block buildings.
-Hospital and surrounding houses.
-Slightly compact design with hedges marking boundary lines.
-Blends in with the old Holt town area, making use of the roadway and market.
-Plenty of places for photos.



This creation is an absolute FPS hogger. My computer runs around 23fps while having it spawned in, which is why this mod has been designated as a photo area.

Yall are free to use this creation to take photos of your vehicle for the workshop or to post in other areas.




-Due to the FPS this creation is not recommended for use in multiplayer servers.

-Feel free to use this mod in photos, but do not upload this mod as your own. This env mod was made so that users can have a more urbanized area to take photos in.

-FPS hovers around 23 with everything spawned in.

-This project took around one day to complete. It has no night lighting due to the computer breaking amount of lights that would be required.
