Added a new trait to let you become a cautious condoms-user!

This mod is similar to "Oral Contraceptive", the difference between them is this mod modified original effects files to implement 100% contraception and STDs protection.

Using related interaction in Personal category to add/remove this trait.

Features:

Completely avoid pregnancy.
Completely avoid STDs.

@Wolfskrieg kind of a weird question, but the answer is yes. Its usually some form of animal intestine. How effective is it? Probably not, but the chances of pregnancy and STD transmission is lower than without the "condom".
