Definitive Tsarouhas Voice Set | 450+ Added Voicelines

After installing this game I was surprised that one of my favorite voice actors, Michael Tsarouhas, voiced for this game. However I was a little disappointed by how little voicelines there are. A big Insurgency fan myself, I decided to bring his brilliant voicelines from Insurgency and Black Mesa to NMRiH
