This is the Watsaco corporation's primary space superiority and corporate defense fighter craft. The Kindjal is a compact, manuverable, well protected, and heavily armed small-grid fighter suitable for operations both in space and in atmospheric combat, in gravity regimes up to 2.5G*!

Developed from an earlier ion-only design, the Kindjal was modified with hydrogen engines and compressed fuel tanks for operations in the Azir system. The Mk3 variant of the Kindjal features integrated support for weapon core, and several other modifications to make it easier to mass produce and deploy.

It is primarily designed to engage other small-grid craft such as fighters, drones, and pirates. Optional addition of torpedoes or missiles can allow it to make standoff attacks against larger ships, as was seen by Watsaco corp's participation during the Second Battle of Point Zero in the Azir system.
