Throttle Clutch Reverse

Used to convert the W/S from the helm into the throttle. Also contains a clutch and a reverse gear controller.

Connection:

Throttle Up/Down to respective places on throttle. Throttle should be configured to go from 1 to -1. Also include the throttle input.
Helm in to axis on helm. Axis should be set to sticky.
The Clutch and reverse controls go to your clutch and gearbox.

Usage:

When throttle is +/-10% the boat will start to move.
It uses a PID loop, which can be kinda slow, go easy on it. Feel free to modify any of the values.
