2x Power Output with I/O ports

My first QOL Mod ( Quality of Life ) for TKOM.

This Mod Combines the benifits of having an Input AND an Output port on equipment and power sources with those power sources also now having 2 x the power generating ability.

MMRTG's are rated for MAX output of aprox 875 watts ( on paper ) and will store 3 Kwatt / hours in their built in batteries.

Solar Arrays will output a MAX ( on paper ) of 725 watts per unit and store 2 Kwatt / hours in their built in batteries.

I have balanced it this way as that tho the solars with 2 panels can put out more power, its not steady / constant like an MMRTG.

Solar Panels now take twice as long to need cleaning.

In game I have noticed that even tho these on paper numbers are in the system, they are Max efficiency numbers and thus, like in real life, they dont quite provide that much due to power loss in your systems.
