[WOTC] Dress for Success

描述
OVERVIEW
This mod adds a single GTS Perk, named Dress for Success, that unlocks a vest slot for non-robotic units. By default, Sparks won't get a vest slot (configurable).

It also adds an option to restrict all vests to the vest slot. This means vests won't show in the utility slot anymore. This option is disabled by default.

COMPATIBILITY
This mod should be compatible with pretty much everything and can be added mid campaign.

This mod overrides WotC Vest Slot. This means that the settings of my mod will override all other mods depending on WotC Vest Slot.

1- e.g. if you are using [WOTC] Iridar's Vest and Plating Overhaul, the vest slot won't be available from the start anymore. You will need to purchase it through the GTS.
2- e.g. if you are using Augmentations, the vest slot will be unlockable from the Chest Augmentation AND from Dress for Success. Only one vest slot will be unlocked per unit.

CONFIGURATION
The configuration files should be in the following location:
<Your Steam Install> \steamapps\workshop\content\268500\2267112423\Config\XComDressForSuccess.ini

You can configure the following settings:
  • Restrict all vests to the vest slot
  • Disallow any soldier class/character template from unlocking the vest slot
  • Change the minimum required rank and the supply cost of Dress for Success

If I'm using both Iridar's Vest Mod and Musahi's Augmentations what happens then? is there any threat of conflict between the two?

Ok I found out how to get itto work, maybe its one of the modes I have but vests now count as upgrades, not items, I can attach them to my armor just like a weapon mod :P

Oh right there in the description --- under compatibility .. so it *should* be fine .. might be something else not interacting correctly

So the Augmentations mod locks the Vest Slot behind having a Torso Augment ... I can't recall what the intended interaction with this mod was, but it's worth a start. You can easily change this in the Augmentations mods configs though, to remove the lock-behind-torso thing..
