Mod ID: 2265215353

[IMPORTANT: This mod is discontinued and will no longer receive updates or support. It is confirmed working as of patch v560.3]

This mod adds Reusable/Indestructible tools to the game
  • This Mod does not modify or remap the vanilla versions of the tools.
  • You must learn the vanilla tool skills to be able to learn the Reusable tool version. No separate skills needed.
  • Material costs and craft locations are the same.

Reusable Tools:
  • Bola (reusable)
  • Climbing Pick (no durability)
  • Flare Gun (infinite ammo)
  • Glider Suit (no durability, pre height nerf version)
  • Grappling Hook (no durability)
  • Lantern (no durability use)
  • Repair Hammer (no durability)
  • Scissors (no durability)
  • Shovel (no durability)
  • Spear (will not break and infinite ammo)
  • Torch (no durability use)
  • Sextant (refreshes timer and wreck locations on grid crossing, properly shows wrecks in single player)

Is there a mod that is more updated than this? I can't learn ANY beastmaster skills without crashing. Not sure if this mod is the cause, but I'm doubting it since I can access, learn and craft everything else. I wanna keep this mod, but if its this outdated, I would rather find a replacement incase this mod breaks some of the skill trees in-game.

hi, for some reason while using the glider I cant go up or down to stay airborn, with a normal glider this is no issue so maybe there is something I overlooked?

@TheDoc213, unfortunately, the way to fix that issue would then make them no longer placeable in vanilla wall hooks (so I'm just leaving them as they are)

Just wondering if you were able to look into the underwater illumination with the lantern. If not it's no big deal as I have a vanilla one for underwater, just thought I'd ask. Thanks so much for this mod, it's amazing!

Feature Request... use any slot for Shovels, like the Better Tools mod does.

Reason... I have loads of free slots for a Shovel to be equipped, but I have to un-equip my Bow to use a Shovel.

Grapeshot's stupid Vanilla game mechanic... along with cool down timers.
