Interchangeable Upgrades/PCS By Default

描述
Enables Interchangeable/Reusable Upgrades and PCS in a campaign without having to research their respective Breakthroughs, works on both new and existing saves. It also hides those Breakthroughs by preventing them from showing-up, since they'd be redundant now.

If you only want Upgrades to be interchangeable, and not PCS, or vice versa, you can configure it in this Mod's "XComGame.ini" file. I also recommend you use the Remove Weapon Upgrades Mod, so you don't have to juggle Upgrades between Soldiers, though it's not a requirement.

Compatibility
  • Doesn't override any Classes, should be compatible w/ everything more-or-less.

Known Issues
  • None at the moment.

To-do
  • Nothing.

I used this mod in order to help me solve an issue with another mod (which was needed to remove all attachments from weapons). If I uninstall this mod, will the Interchangeable Upgrades/PCS research return back to the Breakthroughs pool?

I thought so. But could not be sure because the bonus pool is now larger than the available continent bonus slots, so I couldn't tell if I was just not having it linked.

@KnightShade I believe the Lock and Load continent bonus was removed in WotC.

Works well, but only if no conflict mods (like Elerium Grounds) installed. Otherwise it doesn't work :)

@Zanhya Try using Alternate Mod Launcher instead, the new vanilla one doesn't load mods properly: https://github.com/X2CommunityCore/xcom2-launcher

Accidentally deleted previous post, though it will give me a confirmation window but anyways, tried deleted config folder, mod folder and checked local games files, still does not work for me (Tried in new Campaign).
