No, but there is another mod that does something similar I believe.
I myself am very close to just creating a Size trait mod as well, which adds more levels to Giant so we get bigger characters. Not sure though... a lot of these traits are built into the code, and most mods that edit them actually break vast components of the game (i.e. Beauty is linked into so many events, and if you add a beauty_4 trait, it'll break every single event and make your more beautiful character get less beauty events).
The work around to that is to keep the base tiers, and create an additional trait that only can be added if the max tier of the original tiers is met.

Vseman, it looks like a possibility to add options to the traits to allow for a positive/neutral/negative toggle in game options but it's not something I expect I will implement in the immediate future. Looks a little more time consuming than some of the other fixes I've had to make. I am personally interested as I would also like to toggle the visual components of the giant/albino traits so I will look into it.
