There is an initial RGB value that can be set by selecting the microcontroller in the vehicle editor.
The On/Off switch switches the output to 0,0,0 . The output uses the corrected RGB values

The RGB lights in game cannot display the entire RGB range ,in the video the RGB values change but the light only displays perfect Black, White, Red, Blue, Green, Purple, Yellow, Cyan. Look at colour theory section in XLjedi's guide.You can see the light only displays the primary and secondary colours plus black and white.
