Cheap Mortar Shell - No Antigrain

This Mod will reduce the manufacturing cost of various mortar shell to 60%. And add a menu that making four various mortar shells collectively in the shell production recipe. To create four various mortar shells, the colonists need more than 4 Crafting skills.

This mod does not include production of Antigrain Warhead.

With v1.4 vanilla, costs have been reduced as much as this mod.
