Notes:
Added patches to work alongside De-Generalize Work, Niilo's QoL, Primitive Tools. Work stats from these mods will receive the speed bonus from this mod.

Pawns with skill 0-3 will be slower than 100%. Skill 4 = 100%. Skill 5-20 will be 100+% up to about 140%.

Sculpture Speed is based both on Artist and Crafting skills. If either of those skills are <5, pawns will be slower. If both skills are at 5, pawns will be 100%. Skills 6-20 scale up to 169%.

Note:
SculptingSpeed, SmithingSpeed, and TailorSpeed were all lumped into GeneralLaborSpeed in 1.1 so they will all be affected by Crafting skill by default. The pawn does not need to have any crafting abilities to still do these things, they just won't receive the speed bonus without it.

Oh my god, I've been cruising the workshop because I've been using the "Endless growth" mod and having a level 40 craftsman work at the exact same speed as a 7 year-old with hooks for arms has been irking me for so long. This mod is exactly what I need.
