adds oil that you can cover yourself in

if you have the wet status effect (you get that when it rains or when you leave water) or are in water you will fly

1) wait for it to rain
2) cover yourself in oil
3) fly

i actually cant remember if i finished this or not i wrote most of this at 5am i was tired
