Chat Extender (960 wide)

Just a simple override to make the chat area in NWN wider. Suitable for resolutions of 960 wide or higher at 1x UI scale, or 1920 wide or higher at 2x UI scale.

Please be aware that this override does not automatically resize - if your resolution is less than 960 pixels wide the right hand edge will be cut off.

Known Bugs:
- The resizer bars don't go across the whole chat window when using Split Window mode (such as in multiplayer). No known fix.
