描述
MrNJersey Best Land Rescue Vehicle Challenge.

2020 Ford Ranger Pickup Rescue

Operation:
- Ignition, Drive.
- Emergency flare + beacon control is on the roof rack.
- Winch controls, among other controls, are on the dashboard.
- Passenger seat radio controls.

Features:
- Radio
- Beacon Light
- Emergency Beacon
- Flares
- Custom automatic transmission
- Various outfits
- Arctic ready (heater + outfit)
- 4x4 (Off road capable)
- Aux lights
- 5 Seats (and stretcher in bed)
- Front winch
- Solar-recharge system

All systems/microcontrollers completely custom made. No out-sourced content.

I figure this vehicle won't win because people can make some crazy stuff, but there's always a chance right? I worked hard :)

Yeah I mean its not perfect... the transmission should downshift it when its struggling. I personally could've done better with the instruments and indicating reverse.

@Marcotics It was definitely operator error. I was confused as to whether or not the e-brake was on or not, when you drive and select it on, then off again, the gearbox seems to get confused.

@Marcotics it started happening when trying to drive uphill for a bit. I'll see if I can replicate the problem again.

Really? I haven't had that problem, nor could seem to replicate it. Are you sure its not just the starter keeping the engine running when braking hard/going into reverse?

Pretty nice but the engine keeps stalling after driving it around for a bit?
