Welcome to Science Never Stops

Do you like research? Do you not like the fact that one day, you will no longer have a reason to keep your research benches undemolished and your intelligence 20 colonists alive? Do you also not want to subscribe to a mod that has a bunch of content you will probably never actually unlock by the time you've escaped your planetary prison? Well, I have the perfect thing for you...

At the end of the Vanilla tech tree, once the Ship techs have been all researched, one final, truly infinite research lies ahead of you, destined to never be completed.

Go on, use a TechProf subpersona core. Use ten, then a hundred, and then 12 Centillion. It won't work.

Because you'll never truly know everything.

Exactly what I needed, thx!

Minor suggestion: Adding an endgame tech that can be re-researched over & over and provides a moderate mood buff to the researcher who "finished" it (and possibly a low % chance of gaining inspiration too)

question, what exactly is this? does it unlock just one really long research task or overpowered stuff that takes a long while to complete
