描述
SEIZURE WARNING
The effect created by this mod makes the screen change colors rapidly.

It plays caramelldansen while a colored image changes the color of the world around you. (does not look good at x1 zoom)
Also adds a only-music version of the addon.

May lower FPS while active.

When I try to spawn the augment in via commands, it says "nil" and does nothing
