Sherman VC (Firefly) Tank Destroyer

描述
Based on the M4 Sherman Tank Chassis the Sherman firefly was brought into service with allied nations to fill a stopgap whilst more advanced vehicles could be designed and built. The QF 17Pdr (76mm) fitted had superior Anti-Tank Capabilities however the HE Shell (unavailable until 1944) was inferior to the 75mm Sherman and as such was weaker against fortifications and infantry. The 17pdrs significant muzzle flash earned tanks mounted with it the nickname firefly ( and also made it impossible for the gunner to see the target after firing and additionally frequently caused night blindness). Sherman Fireflys saw action in the campaigns after D-Day and the landings in Italy.

Features
-Detailed Interior and exterior modelled (pretty closely) after the real thing.
-Pretty good neutral steering (can turn on the spot)

Issues - Turret ring is slightly too big (not much I can do otherwise the turret wont turn)

The M4 is a medium tank certainly but the firefly is referred to essentially everywhere I could find as a tank destroyer. The specialised use case (AT instead of the normal sherman duties) would point to that as well.

Thanks. That works a treat. I figured the tracks were clipping into the hull but I guess the track tension was the real culprit.
