Kelp Sapling Fix - Updated

描述
Allows Kelp to drop Saplings!

Tired of hunting down Kelp for recipes?
Tired of deforesting Kelp forests?
Ever wanted to replant that Kelp you just picked up?
Now you can!

This simple mod allows different kinds of Kelp to now drop Saplings!

Features:
  • Adds new sapling item icons for to differentiate the kelp types.
  • A single kelp stalk can drop multiple saplings.
  • Only works on newly generated worlds, old world's kelp plants will still drop no saplings.

Compatible with Named Saplings

This is an update for Leafreo's - Kelp Sapling Fix mod.
It had been noticed where in Single Player it would drop Kelp Saplings, but when placed on a dedicated server it would drop Perfectly Generic Item instead. This fixes that!
Single Player - You can indeed switch from Leafreo's to this one with no problems. Playing with both is not suggested.
Servers - Kelp Saplings only drop on newly generated planets; Deleting old ocean worlds or Starting a new universe is suggested.

Thanks for Leafreo for the original mod! Images also used from their mod.

In my opnion vanilla is aways dumb and not fun, and people plays not looking for fun just challenging, and i and between fun and challenge, i like to balance the things to make the game not cheat and not un-playable as hard. It's ok i liked your answear it was very fast.

I have been playing a lot of vanilla game play with a friend, by request as they don't want to play with any mods, and found this happens with the Toxickelp in that game play as well. As it is vanilla, I don't know how to fix it growing above water without looking more into it, which I will likely not be doing any time soon.

TL;DR : Vanilla mechanics, not the mod misbehaving.

I don't know why it's possible to plant in the sand out of water, it's a kind of algae and needs water swallowing it to live.

As far I can tell; there's no problems keeping both.
They both do the same thing, just some minor changes in code; dedicated server-side fixes.

I have the 'Kelp Sapling Fix' do I need to uninstall that one before installing this one? or is the other one fine?
