Welcome to simplicity.. Let the images explain themselves.

Basics

Originally just a bedroom, ive turned it into a one person home.

The house favors a narrowboat. It includes a fully detailed bedroom, kitchen, and bath. Also comes with a small driveway.

Location

Simplicity is located in a small valley. When spawning in the mission, a location marker is included.

Info

This house is meant to be used just to relax. It has no real reason to be here other than to look nice.

Its called Simplicity because of how it was designed. Its boxy shape means that less materials would be used. It has a small space and rooftop terrace to seem more eco friendly. The driveway itself was based off ones in a nearby neighborhood, where its mainly grass.

Most of the inside elements were based off houses O've walked in. The bedroom includes a picture I did a while ago, as well as a bisexual pride flag.

It took a day to design and finish.

Conclusion

Feel free to enjoy the house, not much else to say. This was pretty fun to work on.

Sadly, doesn't work for me, even with every addon & gameplay option disabled, at shown location. It only lags a little bit, that's all. :steamsad: Your "Flathouse" does work though!

i went to the exact spot it was listed on on the map looked all around the edge of the entire lake looked underground using freecam couldn't find it anywhere.
