A merging of my Frackin Race text edits under one megamod. This is JUST text edits.

These are just small edits I have made to the race selection screen. FutaraDragon is in here with just a Frackin Race esque description.

Sayter is free to take any of this code, I would have git repos it to FU if I knew how.

Changes:

Plans to add Xenonians and Rad'ions but they both have their own (one) system for racial effects and will take some time to decipher.

Might be a little outdated it was my patch for a lot of races not having frackin-esque descriptions.
