Breeding Expanded

描述
This mod expands the breeding in the base game and DLC! It adds many more colors, patterns, and breedablitiy to many fish who couldn't before!

Fish that can now breed:
  • Clown fish
  • Azure Demoiselle
  • Orchid Dottyback
  • King Demoiselle
  • Royal Gramma
  • Oblique Lined Dottyback: They are now territorial instead of disliking conspecifics.
  • Arabian Bluelined Dottyback: They are now territorial instead of disliking conspecifics.
  • Yellow Tang: One of the most difficult fish to breed.
  • Flame Angelfish
  • French Angelfish
  • Cuckoo Wrasse
  • Ballan Wrasse
  • Atlantic Cod
  • Green Mandarin Dragonet
  • Slender Seahorse: Added Larval stage to their growth stage to reflect their breeding. Can only have one baby at a time for now. Looking into it.
  • Big Bellied Seahorse: Added Larval stage to their growth stage to reflect their breeding. Can only have one baby at a time for now. Looking into it.
  • Leafy Seadragon: Added Larval stage to their growth stage to reflect their breeding. Can only have one baby at a time for now. Looking into it.
  • Flame Pipefish: Added Larval stage to their growth stage to reflect their breeding. Can only have one baby at a time for now. Looking into it.
Now note, breeding saltwater fish can be a very difficult process. Many need perfect water parameters and a lot of dedication. Being able to breed a saltwater fish is a huge accomplishment, so keep trying if they do not survive.

Fish that have added hybrid patterns:
  • Discus: Added four new patterns and changed the base texture to better reflect what a wild discus actually looks like.
  • Amazonian Angelfish: Added 4 new patterns
  • Butterfly Ram: They can now be hybridized with 4 different patterns to discover!
  • Guppy: Completely reworked their patterns with 11 different new patterns to discover and an additional color.
  • Clown fish: Clown fish are now able to hybridize with 9 different patterns to discover and 3 separate colors they can come out to be!
Let me know of any bugs you find.

New fish that have been added:
No new fish have been added at this moment, but here is a sneak peak for what is in the works at the moment.
Arowana - close to being finished.

just wanted to post here in good old 2024 and say I LOVE this mod. I was so bummed when the breeding only had a few species that had hybrid/new color potential and you have fixed that for me. thank you!!!

I've only just started the Guppy breeding (beautiful patterns by the way!) but does the 11 count the base,no pattern, pattern, or is it 12 total with that included?

Are there any plans to update this mod for the Architect's Collection? Though I'm not entirely sure which of the new additions have been bred in captivity before.
