Paper Recycling Facility (Waste Processing Facility)

The paper materials recovery facility turns the paper into pulp to separate the fibers. Then adhesives and inks are removed before it's turned into new paper.

It works like the waste processing facility from Sunset Harbor and collects garbage from other buildings (such as landfills), to process them and recycle any reusable raw materials, which in turn are delivered to industry buildings.
