Adds Getulio Vargas as an alternate Brazil Leader for Civilization VI - Gathering Storm.



Getulio Vargas
LUA: Estado Novo
Receives the benefits of Economic Alliances with Military Alliances.
Participating in Emergencies as a member provides Production to Commercial Hubs, Campuses and Theater Squares equal to their adjacency bonus.
Gains access to the Pracinha unique unit at the discovery of Ideology.

LUU: Pracinha
Unique Brazillian replacement for the Spec Ops, unlocked earlier at the discovery of Ideology.
Has only 1Range.
Aside from the Spec Ops abilities, Pracinhas receive +10 Combat Strength while fighting in Foreign Continents.
Generates Great Engineer Points and Culture when defeating enemy units.

Agenda: Washington Accords
Will try to make as many alliances as he can, and takes part in Emergencies. Likes civilizations with more Production and Gold than him.

NOTE: The leader is not animated, it's a 2D collage.

I don't know what Pracinhas are (haven't studied my own country's history in a long while), but I think Força Expedicionário could be an interesting unit for Vargas

Also, I think maybe Juscelino Kubitschek (who moved the Brazilian capital from Rio de Janeiro to Brasília) could be a more interesting leader or at least less controversial. XD

The only way I can think of to make this any better is if in a Golden Age it had a new arrangement of "Retrato do Velho", a marchinha made for him. Maybe in VII.

Leugi, you should to revive your Argentina Civilization, it was my favorite out of all of your civ mods and the old one doesn't work anymore.

I would love to use this leader, but one of your mods broke my game and I still have to figure out which one (might just have been the Mapuche Flavor mod conflicting with the City Styles Pack, who knows).

On a lighter note: Great job on the mod! This actually makes me want to play as Brazil, which I didn't think would ever happen.^^
