Also, I think maybe Juscelino Kubitschek (who moved the Brazilian capital from Rio de Janeiro to Brasília) could be a more interesting leader or at least less controversial. XD

Unlike what the comment bellow said about Oscar Niemeyer, Osvaldo Aranha was a minister for Vargas. He helped Getúlio on the Revolution of 1930 (basically a Brazilian coup d'État) and he was very kin on creating a panamerican alliance for World War 2, as you can see he is somewhat similar to Ibrahim (governor for Suleiman).
