Quick-Fix: Steel Bar

Just a quick fix to return a removed vanilla item that some mods might still need as a dependency. This mod restores the Steel Bar (steelbar) item to the game. Because why fix mods one at a time (if even possible, which it isn't in all cases) when you can just give all those mods exactly what they need?

Steel Bars can be created at the tier 2+ furnace (Industrial Furnace or better).

Hopefully there aren't any compatibility issues, since this is about as simple a mod as it gets. If there were, then that would likely mean that a different mod also created a "steelbar" item. If that seems to be the issue for you, then this mod is probably not needed and you can just uninstall it. For example: users of the Vulpes Race Mod (https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1307942879) don't need this mod since that mod has steel bar included.
