Cowboy Bebop Iris

I recreated the Tech Circle / Iris / whatever you want to call it from the Cowboy Bebop Intro as wallpaper.

Customizable properties:
- Background Color
- Iris Color
- Toggle distortion effect
- Toggle alternate center

Unlike my previous Iris Wallpaper I didn't use spinning Images and instead opted to create a customizable shader asset. This allows me to create these kind of effects with much greater ease. I intend to make more wallpapers utilizing this asset.
