This is the edited version of my "CIV Male Elder"
I added a glow effect to his cane, and tied up a few loose vertices, quite a few actually. The figure is solid now with no loose or open gaps in his mesh. I added a bump map, and refined the UV map to an updated diffuse texture. Basically, he looks way better. I've learned a lot since I released the original. I left the first version on the workshop in case the glow effect is not desired.

Newly subscribed civilians may take some to spawn. As your city grows they will start to appear more often. Don't worry, they will show up.
