Truly Inspired Taming

描述
Colonists with Inspired Taming can now tame animals beyond their current skill level.
Mod settings provide three options to determine how far beyond:
- Tame any animal
- Boost by percentage
- Boost by levels

This does not change a colonist's actual Animals skill level.

Compatibility
- No known incompatibilities.

Notes
- Is perfectly safe to add or remove at any time from your save.
- Can be placed anywhere in the mod list after Harmony.
- Doesn't add or remove anything - it just adds an extra allowance for inspired taming to CanInteractWithAnimal.
- Please feel free to make technical suggestions or otherwise critique the code.

@ulas this mod is great for when you have other colonists who CAN handle that animal, but inspired taming not working on animals outside your skill level may be more of a protection for colonies that actually don't have anyone who can maintain the tameness of that animal. Basically if you use this to tame a bear when none of your colonists have the required level, then none of your colonists can train the bear or keep it tamed
